She is a highly talented vocalist from Atlanta, who, for more than 10 years, co-created, together with Michael Gira, the precursory and extremely influential project named Swans. In 1991 she began her solo career. She created a multitude of albums – most of which can be given a different label. The number of bands and projects she collaborated with exceeds a hundred – she recorded with Neurosis, A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, Jesu, Nick Cave and Phil Anselmo from Pantera and Down. Jarboe is, above all, amazing energy, power, might and charisma, which inspires a throng of musicians.
